The typical frequency is about 6 to 12 times per year. For example, when the AMSAT-40 spacecraft was non-functional, but successfully re-activated on Christmas Day, 2000, a bulletin was issued. To sign up for the email list (it's free, and your email address is not given to anyone else and is used only by me to issue bulletins - it is not a "discussion list"), send a blank email message to: hamradioonline-subscribe@yahoogroups.com Click on the link to initiate a subscribe message using your email program. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation signup message in your email. Please reply to that email in order to be added to the Ham Radio Online mailing list. You won't be added until you REPLY to the confirmation email - this is to prevent others from adding you to the list. You can REMOVE yourself from the list at anytime.
